Camp Policies
Rules are made for the safety of campers, protection of equipment, and to insure fairness for all.  Scoutmasters, please review these policies with Scouts and parents prior to your arrival to camp.  No exceptions!!
No firearms or bows and arrows of any kind may be brought to camp by any Scout or Scouter.  The camp will provide all shooting sports equipment.
Absolutely no fireworks of any kind are permitted at camp.
Use of liquid or propane stoves and lanterns is acceptable under direct adult supervision with properly marked containers.
Aerosol cans are not permitted in camp.
All cars are to be parked in the camp parking lot.
Alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs are not permitted in camp.
Fires or open flames are not allowed in tents.
No firewood is allowed to be brought from outside of camp.
Appropriate shoes must be worn in camp at all times.
Anyone entering or leaving camp must sign-in and out at the Trading Post.
A troop must have two-deep leadership at all times during the entire stay of the troop in camp
One adult must be 21 years of age and registered with the Boy Scouts of America.
All tents must be marked “No Flames in Tent.”
Medication for Scouts is to be checked by the health officer and arrangements made for proper storage and administration, between the troop’s leader and the health officer.  All medication must be kept under lock and key.
Smoking is not permitted in front of any Scouts or in any building or structure.   Adults may only smoke in their personal vehicles.
Sheath knives are not permitted in camp.
All campers, leaders and staff are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the Scout Oath and Law.
The food distribution program is available to all eligible participants without regard to race, national origin, age sex, or handicap.  Any person who believes they have been discriminated against in any USDA-related activity should write immediately to the Secretary of Agriculture, Washington, D.C. 20250.
