Steve Riopell – Camp Commissioner

Steve Riopell is a simple, yet wonderful man. He started his scouting journey at the age of 11 with Troop 163 from Washington, IL. At age 14, he joined Ingersoll Scout Reservation staff as a CIT. After two spectacular years at this remarkable position, Steve rose in 2002 to the position of Handicraft Director and Order of the Arrow Camp Chief. After two years of that, he advanced even further to the position of West Ridge Commissioner. He held this position for three years, and then in 2007, finally reached his goal: Camp Commissioner.  After that summer, Steve has not been heard of since... until now.
