Online Registration

Is there a tutorial to show how to use the online system?

Yes, the link will become available on April 1, 2011 in the registration section.
Can I print a merit badge report from the online system?

Yes, please login to your account and on the right side you will find the Reports link. This will take you to several different reports you can printout.

NOTE: there are only reports for pre-camp merit badge schedules and not post camp merit badge records.
Do I have to add all the scouts info into the system?

Yes the more information that you provide to us into the system at the before camp will mean the less paperwork that you will have to do after camp.
How do I access the online registration system?

A link to the registration page will be found on the homepage on April 1, 2011. There you will use the username and password that will be emailed to you by Barb Murphy, our Council Program Secretary.
What is the correct procedure to follow if one of my scouts is allergic to something?

All allergies should be clearly marked on the medical form. There is also a form specifically for food allergies (form section). This will help our Food Service Staff provide the best service for your Scouts.
