  • In case of an emergency is there a number I can contact?

    The emergency number is 309.486.3398.

  • Are troops allowed to do a service project while at camp?

    Yes, Troops are encouraged to participate in a service project while in camp. Troops may earn camping awards for their service. A list of projects will be available at camp.

  • Are there any religious services provided at camp?

    Yes, there are many opportunities for religious services at camp. On Sunday, three services are held in the evening (Catholic Mass, Protestant Service, Interfaith Service). Other interfaith services are held throughout the week.

  • Are troops allowed to bring Aerosol to camp?

    No, aerosol products are not allowed in camp.

  • Are there any camp policies that must be followed?

    Yes, Please refer to CAMP POLICIES our Camp Policy section.

  • Is there a way I can send mail to my scout?

    Yes, mail is delivered to leaders each day. All mail can be sent to

    *Campers Name ,Unit, Campsite*

  • Does a visitor have to pay to attend camp?

    Visitors must pay for meals at camp.  Meal tickets can be purchased for $8.00 per meal at the Trading Post.

  • What is the Refund Policy for camp?

  • What are the early bird fees for camp and when must i have them turned in by?

    Early Bird fees help your unit save money for Summer Camp!  If fees are paid before April 1st you have the opportunity to save money on both Youth and Adult camper fees. 

  • How much does camp cost for an adult?

    The early bird fee or Adult campers is $95.00.  The regular fee paid after April 1st is $105.00.

  • How much does camp cost for a youth?

    The early bird fee for Youth campers is $220.00.  The regular fee paid after April 1st is $240.00.

  • How does my troop sign up to attend Ingersoll Summer Camp?

    Each unit must submit a campsite deposit of $250.00.  This deposit does not count towards camper fees, however it is refundable at the end of the season.  This fee can also be rolled over into next year's Summer Camp.
